Its around 60 miles, so it should take 1-2 hours depending on traffic. Go straight out the 10 freeway.

Kudos to MobileMark for the public transportation info.
If you want to drive, you will need to take the 210 west about 60 miles. When you reach the 134, stay to the left to stay on the 134. Take the 2 south to the 5 south, which takes you into Los Angeles. Depending on which part of LA you want to reach, you can take it from there. On weekday mornings, this will take 2 hours or more because of traffic. Wait until at least 9 AM before making the drive, since traffic will be terrible. Weekends, it only takes an hour.

I only lived in the L.A. area for two years and never drove to San Bernardino or vice-versa, but my estimate to downtown L.A. would be 45 minutes to an hour with light traffic (if you can call it that).

Being that you might have to use the 91 FWY or th 210 (which is out of the way), you're going to hit a ton of traffic, it's about an hour and 40 mins... (the 91 FWY is a nightmare ).
