My hubby and I were married last September in Vegas, and are now trying to plan our actual wedding ceremony in Arizona (most likely Phoneix) and I'm trying to figure out what month between Sep 07-May 08 to get married in, and I'm trying to find out the cheapest month to do it in and any ideas for a cheaper ceremony/reception in that Location.
Any inputs would be appreciated!

You might want to think about what you would like in your wedding, indoor, outdoor, formal, informal. Most venues have weekday and night discounts. Friday eves are getting more popular.First, find a venue you like, call them up and see what time is less busy for them, then start negotiating. November is a good time out here, not too hot and yet not really winter. Best wishes, Chaplain Debby

Likely in September would have been the cheapest- it's the hottest. Oct - Apr are the snowbirds and everything is "in season" in the winter. Since we're in Nov 07 and you want it by May 08, try April. Start calling around now you may not get a venue in Phoenix.

well my mom lives in arizona. She says when the snow birds aren't there. So definitely BEFORE the heat gets hotter. I would say in late april to early may. Try Sedona AZ at Cathedral rock..Absolutely breath taking scenery. Good Luck!

Hi and congratulations on your marriage.

You CAN'T plan a wedding because you are already married. A wedding is for a bride and groom....not a married man and woman!

Why don't you wait until your 10 year anniversary and plan a party when you will have more money. The re-do, is frankly that...a re-do. And for what?

Summer because it is so freaking hot and no one wants to get married at that time, especially outdoors.

You're already married sweetie. What you'd be doing is a vow renewal, not a wedding.
