I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and believe that Christ has been reigning as King of God's heavenly kingdom since 1914.
The greek word for 'presence' is parousia. This word means 'being alongside',that is a "presence".It is used 24 times in the Christian Greek scriptures, frequently with regard to the presence of Christ in connection with his Messianic Kingdom.
Many translations vary their renderings of this word. While translating parousia as "presence" in some texts, they more frequently render it as "coming".This has been the basis for the expression "second coming" or "second advent"
Vines Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words (1981, Vol. 1, pp. 208,209),states: PAROUSIA......denotes both an arrival and a consequent presence with......"
That Jesus' parousia is not simply a momentary coming following by a rapid departure but is, rather, a presence covering a period of time is also indicated by his words recorded at Matthew 24:37-39 and Luke 17:26-30.
Present world condition help Christians discern that we are living in the last days and during Christs presence in Kingdom power.

All we have to do is weigh the evidence and see Jesus 2nd coming is near.

At year 2513, Moses was at Exodus, 3560 years ago at 2007 after Christ, the bible has been in circulation in the world 396 years, if Adam would be age 6073.
Rev.20:1-6,12,13; Jesus will reign 1000 years to make all as new as before Eden.
So we have 7073 years accounted for after Eden. This is not age of earth.

Yes Christ will return again. He will come to take those who have excepted his word and him, to heaven. Allot of people do not realize Christ is a living God who is not only in the bible but documented in others forms of history as well. Even the Jews who do not accept Jesus as the savior documented his miracles in history. As well as Josephus a first century historian. The more I study the history of the bible the more certain I become He is the The Christ and the way to eternal salvation.

Yes and here is His schedule !!!

#1: The Rapture Of The Church (This could happen now) 1 Thess. 4:15,17; 1 Cor. 15:51,53

#2: The Judgment Seat Of Christ (This will happen in heaven where believers will be judged according to their works and receive or lose rewards. 2 Cor. 5:10; Romans 14:10-12

#3: The Marriage Of The Lamb (This will happen in heaven) Rev. 19:7

#4: The Seven Sealed Book - The Crisis (This will occur right after the rapture) Rev. 4

#5: The Tribulation (Known also as: Jacob's Trouble & Daniel's 70th week)

#6: The Second Coming of Christ (Will be visible and invincible) Rev. 1:7

#7: The Millennium (The Reign of Christ on Earth For one-thousand years) Rev. 20:4

#8: The Final Revolt Of Satan - Revelation 20:7,9

#10: The Destruction Of This Present Earth And Surrounding Heavens 2 Peter 3:10,11

If you want to get in on this ride in the sky, do the following !!!

[Rom 5:8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
[1John 1:8] If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
[1John 1:9] If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
[Rom 10:9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
[Rom 10:10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
[Mat 10:32] Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

Christians are not waiting for a second coming -- they're waiting for a third.

What else would you call being dead for three days then returning? I'd call that 'coming back'.

Pity that Jesus didn't resurrect and failed the messianic prophecies anyways. http://www.jewsforjudaism.org has the detailed prophecies he failed to fulfill.

Yes - I believe in Jesus, of course. I've been born again for nearly six years now and I certainly believe Christ is coming. He said it in His word and Christ cannot lie as He is sinless - :)
