Theres this guy i like. When he doesn't contact me for like two days i get worried. Its a mutual attraction.Many people tell me to take him off my mind, and that if he really likes me; he will contact me at his own will. How true is this? I don’t see the wrong in the woman doing some of the courting also.

I would say call him once for every three or four times he calls you. Sometimes guys have a much different time scale than girls. If he hasn't called you for two days, it may be that he can't think of anything new to say. He doesn't think that's a very long period of time. I figure one day to a girl who's thinking about a guy all the time is about as long as one week to a guy who has other things (not other girls, just other interests) on his mind.

Well it doesnt sound like you are too mature...Guys are confusing have you heard of the 4 day rule...guys feel that they have to wait 4 to 7 days to call or between contacts to seem less desperate and to make us "wait" so dont worry he may like you and he may not if it is anymore than 5 days without anything I would give up cause I highly doubt he will be callin or textin...And look at it this way if he doesnt it is his loss and a huge gain for the next guy lucky enough to catch ur eye...Dont worry so much guys are a dime a dozen its friends that are a priceless....So dont wait by the phone just live your life and let it happen as it is meant to...

well I agree with your friend.. take him off your mind...
If you worrie after 2 days of not talking to him then maybe that means your to obsesed.. which is a total turn off!
So just chill out and let him do his own thing.

You can take the initiative sometimes, but don't over do it because then you made look desperate. Their are guys out there who like the girl to make the first move.

you need to stay busy to take your mind off of him a watched pot never boils in other words don't wait for him to call because he won't the minute your not waiting for the phone to ring it will that's just how it works...............................................................
