My diet is fairly healthy, and I take supplements, but at 8:00 each night I buy a Twix bar, is this an unhealthy habit? Should I cut back to one a week or something?

Why are you taking supplements? Some of those are an unhealthy habit as well.

The twix is unhealthy and is adding alot to your calorie content. You would probably lose weight if you cut it down. Not to mention the amount of sugar you are consuming...

I think it's an unhealthy habit only because of the high sugar content. Sugar doesn't add anything of nutritional value to our bodies. If you're concerned about it, maybe have a Twix bar at 8:00 every other night, or have half of a Twix bar every night.

Sugar and chocolate aren't the healthiest things in the world, and once a week is better than once a day. But, if it's not making you gain weight and you're eating pretty healthy otherwise, one candy bar a day isn't going to kill you.

Personally, I can't eat a candy bar a day without gaining weight, but guys can get away with junk like that. My husband can eat all kinds of junk and never gain anything. Grrr...

Yes, unhealthy. Cut the Twix cold turkey. Eat something else for your evening snack instead. You just like routine. Just substitue something for it.

Yeah chocolate is unhealthy
it contains a lot of sugar.
Try cutting down 2 bars
per week.

you can buy those "singles" chocolate bars tho... they cant be all that bad for you..
