a boy who texts me everyday now, never even approached me when i was in his school for the first time. everyone practically said hi to each other when we were there (it was a gathering of prefects from different schools). he just gave me his number through friendster n, just 2 b friendly, i just texted him (the first time) 2 let him know that i got his number. Or, i dunno, do guys just act snobbish so that they seem cool?

Guys are usualluy shy with girls they like, or they are goofy, or they just stare at you all the time till it seems almost creepy. i am not a boy anymore, but to get down to brass tacks sometimes it is nice if the lady shows some interrest in the guy. i mean this i think should happen after the two would get married. all my life all the girls i have had i still wonder why it always has to be the guy showing the interrest. guys kinda wish sometimes the girl gets the roll and shows that she is the one that cares for him. i hope you understand. i have had a lot of girlfriends and i am on wife #3. this is a good wife. i hope you understand. it makes it a more interresting world.

It depends on the guy I mean most guys at my school are not like that they just either joke around and say I like you or one of my friends just went up to the girl and said "your perty" yes he said it like that as a joke but he meant it. Being shy isn't a bad thing is it. Because than I am screwed.

No usually when we like someone she will notice right away, no matter how shy we are, if you are not sure if he likes you, then he doesn't like you that much; it is important to add that when girls notice that a guy really find her attractive, the guy stop being atractive to her because he looks need it.

well... only pricks act snobbish. advice: avoid pricks. on the other hand, nice guys who genuinely like someone will, not necessarily deliberately, act shy around that person.
