I know alot of people have already answered, and you're eyes are probably bleeding, but, I'd like to add this. (I also haven't read all of the others posts, so sorry if I copy someone, by accident). I had really long hair last year, and I cut it. Big mistake. I'm growing it out again. Long hair, you can do so much more with it, and it looks more feminin, yah know? So, I vote, LONG HAIR.

If you have a fat round face long hair for sure but if your face looks too thin a short cut will fit better.
Besides if u don't have such problems long hair I think is a good option.

I prefer long hair because you can do more with it. I'm currently trying to grow mine out now. It's about an inch past my collar bone now.
Although some shorter hairstyles are very cute and chic.

I absolutely love my long locks!! But some people look better with pixie cuts and stuff! Just remember going short is a BIG adjustment!!! XD
