How to make $550.00 FAST???

Question

I'm trying to make money for something and I cannot find a job. I have applied at a coffee shop,Subway, a restaraunt, and Wal*Mart. I can't find anything and I have really good references too!! Do you have any ideas how to make that much money? Thanks for answering!

If your references were that great, they would have hired you. Keep applying! Grocery stores. Fast food places. There has to be somewhere hiring. Retail stores are hiring like crazy for holiday help right now. But to make $550 is still going to be 2 paychecks, or more depending on how many hours you get. Shorter term for quick money- babysitting. Selling items you own that you don't need anymore. Mowing lawns. This is the perfect season for hanging christmas lights. It's hard work, but you can make some money.

1. Betting on a sports game and predicting an upset.

2. Modeling. Look on craigslist under gigs. If you have a decent body (free of fat, wrinkles, blemishes) you should sign up for various gigs. This is assuming you are at least 18. Seriously, I told myself that if I were a woman, this is how I'd make some fast cash.

3. Pawn things. How desperate are you? Pawn some valuable items to come up with the money.

I would try calling the places you applied too and asking for an interview. Or you can try selling on ebay or having a yard sale.

What kind of work experience do you have? Why not apply for a real job?

If you have no experience, then keep applying. 5 applications is not very many and most employers want experience if they can get it.
