OK I finally have to go to the courthouse (or I'll be arrested)... A friend of mine said she told them "I dont think I can be un-biased" and they STILL picked her for a trial, so now I'm scared. I thought about saying "I hate blacks etc." but a co-worker said they can use that if I ever look for a job.
So when they call me, what type of questions will they ask, and whats the best answers to give in order NOT to be picked?

Stare at the defendant constantly.
Ask if the Death Penalty is going to be part of the sentences available.
Keep staring at the defendant.
When asked if you have any members of Law Enforcement in your family, say "no, but I'm still trying."
If asked if you can be fair and impartial, sneer at the defendant and say "sure."
The defense attorney will probably dismiss you for cause.

We'll personally I'd love to be on a jury but when they get to the part where they ask if I can be unbiased I have to tell them "NO". When they ask why I tell them "If they were arrested then an officer already thought they were guilty and I have to defer to their judgment.

If it's a civil lawsuit say that all defendants all liars and thats why they're getting sued. if its a criminal case the whole he's guilty why else would the cops arrest him thing goes over rly big. say tht and i bet ull get out of jury duty.

go in with an approach and attitude of wanting to find them guilty no matter what....The prosecutor will love you but the Defender will object, and you will be relieved of the process....That worked well for me, but I didnt have to cop the attitude, I wanted to fry them!!!

Just tell them certain things that so and so can not be gulity because they look like your mom or dad or so and so.
