Constant hunger can be a sign of many things, emotional and physical. Here are a few:
1. Parasites. They consume most of the nutrients you eat before your body has a chance to assimilate them. Thus the constant hunger. I suggest a parasite cleanse according to Dr Clarks protocols. You can find more information at www.drclark.net.
2. Malnutrition. You may not be consuming enough nutrients. Much of the "food" available today is high in calories and fat but low on vitamins and minerals. This causes you to constantly feel hungry because you are eating food, but your body is not receiving the nutrients it needs. Additionally, you may have a protein type metabolism and a need for more fuel and heavier foods than others. If you are not getting high purine proteins (tuna, red meat, dark meat poultry, salmon, etc.) you will constantly feel hungry because your body is burning off the lighter proteins too quickly. You will also need more fat in your diet than others.
3. Emotional issues. We all have deep emotional ties with food. Certain foods trigger cascades of emotional chemicals in our brains and we can develop all sorts of eating issues related to emotional triggers. Think back to when your constant hunger first started. Think about what was going on in your life, and you may find the root of the issue. I recommend you use the Sedona Method or EFT (learn it free at www.emofree.com) to collapse any emotional disruptions in your energy system.
4. Dehydration. Many peoples thirst mechanism is so weak, they mistake it for hunger. Dehydration can thus cause constant hunger signals when the body needs water, not food. Upon awakening, drink a glass of water you put at your bedside the night before. Drink this before you even get out of bed. Then, after you are up, have another glass. Throughout the day, slowly drink the rest of your 2 quart quota and be sure to add 1/4 teaspoon of good quality sea salt to each quart. If you eat a typical high sodium diet, this is not necessary. However, if you are watching your salt intake and especially if you perspire heavily on a regular basis, you will want to replace your electrolytes by adding a bit of sea salt to your drinking water.
I can recommend some excellent whole food supplements and super foods to help make sure you are getting the nutrition you need. If you try the above suggestions and still find no relief, check with a naturopath or MD to rule out any medical issues. I know that everyone is answering "water". But water can get boring and you are eating because your mind craves the delicious taste of that infamous leftover pumpkin pie from thanksgiving. :]
I recommend breathmints. The old fashioned red and white striped peppermint candies are the best thing. Not only do they settle a sweet tooth (with less than 2 calories per mint) and keep your mouth busy, mints have also been said to improve memory and focus. Thats why some teachers give their students breathmints before a big test. I eat breathmints before meals so that I can avoid snacking and keep my toned ballet dancer's body. Good luck to you. :]

Take a look at your diet. If you are eating balanced meals and getting proper nutrition but are still hungry all the time then you should go to the doctor. Your body is telling you something so don't just suppress it with pills or whatever until a doctor has told you that you are ok to do that. If don't eat well, or only eat carbs, or something like that, try eating more balanced meals. (protein and so on).

Eat more veggys and fruits. They fill you up more. Have a glass of milk when you are hungry. Another thing is sometimes you make think you are hungry but you are really just bored. Whenever you are hungry ask yourself if you are really hungry.
