Wheaties are not healthy at all. they are heavily processed and loaded with all sorts of additives and preservatives which have nothing but a negative effect on the endocrine system. reading the list of ingredients of a food item tells you how healthy it is. if the food item contains more than 5 ingredients it is not healthy. there are probably 40 ingredients in Wheaties with 30 of them being chemicals and additives.

foods that are truly healthy are grown in the soil and are still in their natural form. there is no plant or bush that bears boxes of Wheaties. whole oatmeal is a healthy cereal as it contains one ingredient, oats...

Healthy...they contain fiber which helps you pass your waste better...Also they contain vitamins and minerals... I don't think they have any fat in them, but they possably have carbs which make you crave more food, and that can lead to fat. However, the wheaties would have it in such small amounts (unless you add sugar) that it is not a problem...
