it's called AVG antivirus. It's been rated one of the top free antivirus programs by a few magizines and computer shows.
There is a free version and a trial version. be sure to choose the free one. The trial one is more delux, but it is only good for a while, then you have to buy it

OK. a free and trust able anti-virus is avg. it is free . it will contain/eliminate any viruses.
First go to http://www6.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-products/us/crp/2?prd=avw
and download it.
Install it and scan your PC, once you do that it will find any virus, once that's done.
I recommend you getting a anti-spy ware also.
