can you talk to people on the PS3 with the headphones/mike just like Xbox 360? can you play any time u want with any 1?

Yes, during gameplay or as a video conversation. With the PS3 you can start a video chat with someone else who has a PS3 and chat using a mic as well as webcam. This is great cuz some programs like this charge money, and this it free. (Its kinda like skype...)

Yes PS3 has headsets so you can talk to people online and the PS3 network is on 24/7 so you can play whenever you want (unless they are doing a network update which isn't very often)

Yes, you can. You'll find loads of people playing online whether it's Resistence: FOM, Warhawk, or MotorStorm. I don't know if you can talk with your headset on MotorStorm though. But you can on the other two games I mentioned above.

yeah when you are at the menu go to your friends and there should be a icon saying chat you can use a cam and headset at the same time and talk to all you friends you have added
