It gets better. Since they did not know good from evil until after they ate, they could not have known eating would be "evil". Do you punish a child who could not know what they were doing was wrong? But somehow God not only ignores this simple reasoning, but punishes all who come after, too.
Or, eating of the tree is symbolic of a fall from full unity with the divine into duality (good and evil). Man then loses sight of the divine (symbolized by the question from God "Adam, where are you?"), and makes man have to face the Angel with the flaming sword (symbolic of the ego, touching both spirit and the world) in order to make our way back to unity, enlightenment. Thus, the fall was meant to bring man into a more full unity with the divine, one that knows the difference. Then we eat of the tree of immortality, and being one with the divine, have become like God.

The tree would have had no effect at all if Eve had not disobeyed God.She was given an alternative nad she chose to listen.Instead she did do what God knew she would do; simply because he has a long term plan being played out day by day.The Bible is a very intresting book if tou read it carefully.Still there are many ,many things never revealed to people who do not believe foe they are spiritually discerned.Im not saying whether or not you believe, just telling the facts about what the Bible says

Well in the book of Genenis God talks about the Creation of Earth and about Adam and Eve. They eat a fruit from the tree that god said not to and they get sent out of Eden. God knew that would happen but wanted to see what they did and their mistake but since they didnt listen they got kicked out of Eden.

May the grace and peace of God fill your heart,
The tree is special but not magical.
The command was given not to eat of it so that Adam and his wife would have the option of whether or not they would obey God.
Just because God already knew they wouldn't is no reason not to give them the choice.
To compare, I might know that eating unhealthy food is bad and so tell my children not to eat it. But sooner or later I still have to give them the choice of whether or not they will eat it or I'm a despotic dictator not a loving parent. (This hypothetical is intended to convey a similar situation. I actually have no children.)
Just as a child who eats unhealthy food not knowing it's unhealthy may well become fat, so too one not knowing evil who ate of the fruit of that tree was also punished.

What is the question? Why God didn't place the tree in the far left corner where no one could see it or???? Free will. Man was made on the 6th day. Who knows how long they lived in the Garden before they fell. 24 hours or thousands of years?

God put the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden to give Adam and Eve a choice. God allowed Satan to tempt Adam and Eve to force them to make the choice. Adam and Eve chose, of their own free wills, to disobey God and eat the forbidden fruit. The result – evil, sin, suffering, sickness, and death have plagued the world ever since. Adam and Eve's decision results in each and every person being born with a sin nature, a tendency to sin. Adam and Eve's decision is what ultimately required Jesus Christ to die on the cross and shed His blood on our behalf. Through faith in Christ, we can be free from sin's consequences, and ultimately free from sin itself. May we echo the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 7:24-25, “What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God - through Jesus Christ our Lord!”

I understand what you mean.I thought of it from another way , God used Adam's bad situation to make us,' family' instead of a creation, when we accept Jesus, we are ' born again' we have that Fingerprint of DNA in our soul from Our Creator, which gives us the right to call Him Father.

But the catch is: Eve didn't know she would do it...God knew but he wanted Adam and Eve to understand how much they needed him. When left on their own,,they sinned against God....now they knew...and there were many more lessons to learn before Jesus came to bring in a new covenant....

The damnation is not the direct result of eating the fruit of the tree, but the disobedience in the minds of Adam and Eve it took for them to actually take the first bite.
Because,
By the deeds of the law there shall no person be
justified in God’s sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin and all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:20, 23
Then,
They all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:12 Also I say unto you, whosoever shall confess me (Jesus) before men, him shall the Son of man (Jesus) also confess before the angels of God: But he that denies me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.. Luke 12:8-9
However.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9
For,
Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me. John 14:6
Therefore,
If you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. Romans 10:9
Then,
He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white robes; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. Revelation 3:5
So,
That whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:15
