They never gave me a 'Job Title' its a very low key place. they just said, "This is what we want you to do, so just make sure it gets done..'

I think you should stick with whatever job title they gave you. When the companies call to check your job references your employer will give them your hire date, the date you left (if you left) and your position.

Ok if they never gave you a job title, then I would use Scheduling Coordinator, Scheduling Technician, or Production Assistant.

Schedule Coordinator sounds professional and is an accurate description of what you do. Many companies ABSOLUTELY DO call to check references and any effort to fudge your work history will look bad. This title would not be disputed by your current employer and as long as they can verify your duties, there won't be a problem.

I think the appropreite job tittle for you is "ORGANIZER" why?because you are the one who will arrange and organize the time slots. Time Organizer provides management of events and tasks, alarm notification, web export, network transparent handling of data, group scheduling, import and export of calendar files and more.

You might just say "coordinator" and leave it vague, but list the job duties.

Programing Supervising Coordinator. They will not ask and your employer will not give your title.
