At 13 or 14 years of age I doubt you have Arthritis in your knees! You seem to play a lot of Tennis, good, because I used to and really like Tennis. However, at such a young age you need to be careful. You need to warm up, you need to have a coach who can show you how to hold the racket correctly, tell you how to position your body, show you the mistakes you are making. Everything from grip, through where on the racket you need to hit the ball to balance, posture. Tennis is a skill and you need to learn the skill, before adding the power, let alone correct exercises. If you do not have a coach then the knees are hurting because they are not strong enough, or your body position is out. Good Luck and keep up playing Tennis.

Yes, this could be the beginning of arthritis. Another way you may know arthritis is occurring is when you start to notice some pain occur as the weather changes such as when there is rain going to occur in your area.

The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
