Let's go to the source:
"No prophecy ever came by human will, but men and women moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God" (2Pet.1:21)… not one word of the Holy Scriptures ever came from human initiative; when people spoke for God it was the Holy Spirit that moved them. "All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness" (2Tim3:16)… that's why the Bible is the "Word of God" (Heb.4:12, Act.6:2, 8:14, 11:1, 13:44).

No. But there is a relationship between the two events. Presumeably there is a connection between human authorship and claims of "divine" inspiration. To me,inspiration is inspiration - I think it is all divine in the sense of proceeding from a higher level of reality. But this need not embrace the idea that this higher level or spiritual aspect of reality needs to be reduced to mere personification of spirituality in the form of gods.
