Hi everyone I am 21 years old female and the past couple days I have been kinda dizzy so I thought it was just my iron being low. Anyways the past couple days my body feels jerky almost skaky. I have been under a lot of stress the past coupe months so that could be causing this also. I had a EKG done 2 weeks ago and everything was great.
Could a Sinus Infection be causing this?
or My back being out cause this?

Any help would be great!

Thanks!

You mention jerky. Have you had a chem panel blood test. Your electrolytes may be off. A lack of potassium and/or magnesium can cause full body jerk or twitches. It feels really weird when it happens, and is very serious.

Could also be dehydration.

Try drinking plenty of gatorade and see if you feel better. If either of the two are your problem, it will help.

I used to get shaky and dizzy when I was under a lot of stress. The dizziness was most noticeable when I stood up or turned around fast to look at something. It got to the point where I was having chest pains (had multiple EKGs and even a heart monitor but they came back fine every time) and felt nauseous.

It was all stress/anxiety related. It's amazing what stress can do. If they can't find any other cause for your symptoms then definitely talk to your doctor about it being related to anxiety/minor panic attacks.

Don't feel bad if that's what it turns out to be, either. I know that I felt like a weak person or something, at first.

Hey, how about blood sugar? When mine gets low I feel that way. I am not diabetic, but I have been warned it could be close
