Is heartbeat related to skin color in anyway?

Arite the question title was kinda lame. leme explain it.. i wana know why sometimes the heartbeat increases all of a sudden even if you are just sitting doing nothing? It usually happens to me and afterwards my skin goes dead pale .. it lasts only for a while though, any ideas?

it's not necessarily related. Your heartbeat can suddenly rocket if you're scared, nervous, excited etc. But your skin tone will only be affected if your blood vessels relax or constrict. It sounds like yours constrict as you've gone pale, when you blush they dilate and hence you go red.

I think you need to have your heart check.You might have some kind of arrythmia but Im just wandering if the paleness is accompanied by other symptoms too like dizziness etc.It might be wise just to have a check up like electrocardiogram at least.
