Why?

Yes I do.
At times I think I am ready to give up all forms of hope. I have one situation in my life that is based on nothing but the tiniest shred of hope and boundless emotions that are out of control. I know in my heart that if I give up that tiny little shred of hope then the whole thing is over. I cannot see the time in my future when I will be able to give this up so I MUST hold onto that bit of hope.
I also believe in hope for our future as a race called mankind. Basically for the same reasons as my personal situation, when you give up hope, what else is left?
I try to live my life by the lyrics in the link below.
Thanks for asking this.

Because there is no other option.

Because hope is from God and hopelessness is from devil.

Because that is the lesson of my life.

In the childhood I read the true story of a king who was defeated and was hiding in a cave for fear of his enemies.
He was desperate. Then he saw an ant which was carrying a
load, fall down. She rose, took her load and started again.
It happened 7 times. At long last she carried the load away.

Babar was very much impressed by the courage of the ant.
He then rose and with a new determination organized his
forces. He succeeded not only in defeating his enemies, but
also founded a dynasty that ruled a large country, such as
India for 7 generations.

Do not give up hope. If you are religious, Almighty God is
only a shout away. Pray him and your prayers will be answered. NO matter however bad may be the circumstances, He can change them for the better in no time.

Try atleast once! You will not be disappointed. Personally
I have many such incidents. Once the payment of a software job I completed was delayed and my little daughter had an attack of asthama. I prayed my Lord: "Oh God ! You know I do not have money to buy inhaler for my little daughter, so please cure her without medication". Believe me , she was cured in no time. Holy prophet Zacharia once said: " And I was never disappointed when I prayed my Lord". He is 100% right!

Absolutely. Bo and Hope went through a rough spot a year or so ago, after Bo and Billie's daughter Chelsea ran over Bo and Hope's little boy, but despite Hope's fling with Patrick and Bo's "accidental" romp with Billie, Bo and Hope are back together, and are now trying their best to protect their son, Shaun, from the nefarious Belle.

:-D.

I absolutely believe in the concept of hope, although its practical application is a lifelong learning process. Enough hope to get me through the day Lord, that's all I ask for nowadays.

Bill left Hope for Hillery, who became a Senator in NY. But I still believe in Hope.

I try to have hope everyday that I will find a job and get out of this mess I am in. I must admitt though that I have had days that it is hard to find the hope and wonder if I will make it or not.

Yep.
To quote a movie - "hope is what gets us through the days and especially the nights."

Yes, I do. Because if I don't believe in hope, then there's no point in going forward. Waking up every day is a hopeful thing to do.

Yes, because I put my hope in God. I trust that no matter how bad things may be, and they are pretty bad, God can make good come from the situation. Romans 8:28.

I have to believe in hope for my children. They deserve a mommy who is not sick and a world that is not dying.
