I am sick of the poor, uneducated and stupid reproducing all the time. Isn't there some way or test so that we can sterilize them without affecting the smart people in the process?

Yes I can believe that. In the days when social services did not support those folks, they tended to sober up, get clean, and support themselves. That is not happening now and the people who are sneaking into this country at this point, have very, very little chance of ever getting a job with the level of education they have.

I want it stopped also, and for no other reason than I do not want those people on the public dole. While some leaders may want them, they generally have accountants that mean they don't pay a dime in income tax, and they most certainly don't live in the neighbor hoods with the people they want so badly. Be clear on this: the illegal aliens have a very, very high crime rate, and it is American Citizens who pay for that.

Well the question could be related in some situations, to coin a phrase the poorest Nations in the World. It shows you on TV some of these people who have no food or anything and yet still have children, who in their young lives go hungry. I find that sickening, and where the rich Nations take food etc in there seems to give them the right to produce more. So more suffering for these children. Something should be done about that which surely would be a better thing. Also this Country is getting the same, but getting helped encourages them to keep having more...That does not help us either. !!

I don't think it was meant seriously, and but uneducated, s/he obviously means ignorant.

There are so many people here venting about education, the government, asylum seekers and immigration etc who are ignorant, who can't express their views without being childish or obnoxious, that it is only natural a normal person would have their patience severely worn.

I don't see what's that wrong to be honest, it isn't calling for round-ups, torture open discrimination and persecution. Just that the "right" of children should be a privilege.

Too many here express themselves in a leery belligerent way, rather than sensibly calmly and clearly expressing their view. Then they moan about free speach when they get a violation- not having the brains to realise it is how they say things not the opinion they held that was the problem.

Ive recently started thinking about birth liscening as a good idea. All the scum families we have in the uk, their parents were scum and their kids are scum. Heres a scenario - imagine in 2025 some 18 year old scum bag knifes someone and kills them. Whats the best way of dealing with that, arresting them, sending them to prison or not allowing them to exist in the first place. Its a facist idea which im sure was probably in mein kampf, but in 20 years you would see a society change for the better - substantially. One use the scum do have is they make the rest of us look good!

That's less my thought than the concern I have for a world that is slowly dying ...because there apparently are too many people ...and no one wants to admit it. To even talk about it. In fact that's where my namesake originates.

Less people might just give planet earth another chance to revive herself. Keep throwing the flesh of resource sucking being onto her ...and she will ultimately crumble.

All sadness aside, when I look around at the folks many time who have huge #'s of kids, it looks to me, given the lack of attention/training the kids don't get, like the wrong people are having children ...and the even sadder thing is ...the rest of us are going to have to pay for it in any number of different ways.

This is all ridiculous. The idea that you can breed out stupidity is a joke. Let people have their kids, just get rid of social security and charity. That should make people grow up fast. There will be a lot less feckless behaviour then.

I dont see anything wrong with the facts, he maybe could have said it with a little more tact.

Think about this, If you want to adopt a child you are vetted in everyway possible, if you have little intelligence or qualifications, no job, no income, no house, no future you can have as many kids as you like and nobody bats an eyelid. And thats particularly prevalent in the UK with our welfars state and in the third world countries where they cannot even feed themselves never mind their children.
