Depends.
What goes in one end comes out the other and the big player int hat is the kidneys. The kidneys not only extract all of the nasties but also excess fluids to maintain the body's proper fluid balance. The kidneys are pulling out all of the toxins and other nasty by-products the body creates in its human manufacturing process of converting energy and keeping us alive. Just like industrial waste, human waste is not that environmentally friendly for the poor old kidneys who have to keep getting rid of the rubbish. The more excess fluids availabel to the kidneys means that the waste products being extracted are more diluted becasue of the extra water being pulled out of the sytem at the same time, and like any nasty substance the more diluted it is the less chance of harm. Many Doctors advise that people in todays modern society do not drink enough water to protect their kidneys!
Having said that, if you have constantly (excessively) peeing then it may be that you are drinking a bit too much or are taking some sort of medication or other sustance that acts as a dirutectic (causes body to expell water).
If your excess intake is becasue you are always thirsty and drinking lots.. then you may have a medical condition such as diabetes. The body senses the excess blood sugar level and makes you thirsty to get more water to help get rid of it- ( amazing how smart out nody is eh!).
If the excessive peeing is nto becasue of a deleiberate intake of lots of fluids you may want ot see a doctor just to make sure the "system" is working the way it should be.

If you're peeing because you've drunk lots of fluids, it's quite normal. However, if you need to pee all the time with no good reason, then you should get a doctor to check you out to rule out any underlying causes, i.e. diabetes or a kidney/bladder problem. Cloudy or dark urine should always be checked out by a doctor.

technically yes but you need to be drinking a lot of fluids. If you arent drinking a lot of fluids and feel like you pee a lot, you may want to go to the doctor. you could have a urinary tract infection if you feel like you need to pee but pee very little or cant.
