Okay...long story short...I have had abdominal aching in my upper right hand quadrant that comes and goes along with nausea that comes and goes. I have not noticed a correlation with food. Nor does the pain always correlate with the nausea. I have had an ultrasound and a CT scan done and both came back normal with no signs of gallstones. Could this still be my gallbladder? And if so, what else can they do?

Hiatal hernia or hidden ulcer....a CT scan and Ultrasound won't pick those up....

You have a pain, ache, that comes and goes, with or without nausea. OK here we go, get a note book and every day write down everything. What you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner. What you did from watching TV to lifting a book. Then when the ache comes, write that down as well. Keep this up for two months and then look back and see if you can spot something. Like I had a cup of coffee on Tuesday pain, coffee the following Thursday, pain. Or I did some gardening Monday, pain, I did some gardening the following month, pain. Their has to be a pattern. Good Luck

is possible it that can be gall bladder or a blocked intestine
if possible try taking pure orange juice to flush kidneys and inner organs ( intestine) if problem persists ask doctor about a barium meal to determine intestinal tract to see if a blockage dose exist if dose turn out to be a gall stone too smal to show up on scan it can be shattered via ultra sound no surgery needed
