They don't GIVE it to you. If you have the endorsement on your policy that pays for the replacement of your car with a new car, they'll pay for it. The extra premium is about 30%. And it's ONLY available if you've bought a new car in the first place.

Your car will have to meet certain conditions - most likely - purchased new - less than 2 years old. You pay extra for an endorsement. Once the car gets to be a certain age they drop the endorsement.
If the car were to be a total loss and you had this coverage - then they would pay you the cost of a current year model with the same features/options as your vehicle.

New Car Replacement
If your new car is totaled in a covered loss, this feature can help you replace it with another car of the same make and model.
It's optional, and only comes the the premium or gold package.
So, kind of. It has to be in the first 2 years, you have to have the optional premium plan in effect, it has to be a total loss, and they only promise to "help you" which is a slippery term. And what if the model has changed and is no longer available? Gee, sorry.

If yoru vehicle is within 2 model years i believe AND.. and this is the big AND.. if you PAY EXTRA for the coverage..then yes. Dont let them fool you and make you think that everyone just "gets a new car"- thats called good advertising.
