i often feel that someone is watching me or something is behind me. it happeneds alot when im alone or when im about to go to sleep. i know that part is normal but what scares me is that sometimes its so bad i cant move or when im alone i run really fast. i love swimming but i get the feeling something is in the water. i'm soo scared of swimming over sometime big. when i used to go tubing i would be terrified of swimming over a large sunken ship or a large fish.

i have a normal social life, other then i feel like i dont really want to hang out with my friends. i dont hate them i just normally not want to go out.
i've also been having frequent mood swings.
this may not help but about a year ago i was suffering from bulimia and anorexia.

i know its alot and maybe its all normal but maybe its all related?

I think it would be a good idea to see your doctor. This is best assessed by a professional. It's likely they can help you so you will enjoy activities more without always feeling something is there.

Trust me, there are a LOT extra women who don't seem to be popular/wealthy/doing 'cool matters'/unrealistically lovely than women who're. There's not anything improper with you, often, there may be whatever improper with them. Just be sufferer and sooner or later, you can have an understanding of that you are existence is already lovely cool and that you simply must be glad about what you could have. Life is not nearly going out all day and having a laugh and despite the fact that it's going to appear like they are having a best time, I guess that a few of their lives are rather tousled and that typically they desire that they had a existence like yours. I consider you must quit being so poor approximately your existence and respect the well matters approximately existence. You ought to have best peers too. Go in the market, experience your self and quit annoying approximately Miley Cyrus and her ****** up existence. Sorry, that used to be impolite, however I hate that woman.

It sounds like you have some type of anxiety. I think you should go to a regular Dr. so they can refer you to a psychologist. Did you ever get counseling for the anorexia? If not, you might have some issues that need to get taken care of there. Sometimes if you don't take care of one problem, it can kind of morph into another one. This happened to my sister who is an alcoholic-when she quit drinking (without counseling)she became bulimic. Now she's getting help for both.
The sooner you go-the better you will feel. Don't be afraid to go, that's what counselors are there for, to listen. Hope this helps!

I used to have something similar. When I would work underneath my car I would get the feeling it would fall on me( completely illogical) I dealt with it by analyzing my thoughts at the moment this is happening and deciding that it didn't matter if it fall on me or not, and little by little this went away.
I hope this helps.
