Should I address him as a close friend or with deep respect?

I don't mean what should I call him,
but HOW should I talk to him and ask him to answer my prayers? Should
I talk to him like a friend or should I
use a very serious respectful tone?

Yes. As a close friend and with deep respect. Jesus gave us a guide with the Lord's Prayer. Talking to God should not be a ritual. He wants us to love Him and trust Him. Ritualistic prayer limits our interaction with Him.

If you have trusted and believed in what the Son did on the cross for you, then you should address God as "Father" and close your pray with "in Jesus Name" Philippians 4: 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

If I was a religious man, I would choose the deep respect. That's the way that the bible tends to address Him, after all.

Jesus taught his followers Matthew 6:9-13 If Jesus talked of his father with deep respect shouldn' t us as imperfect humans speak of Jesus and our heavenly father and creator with deep respect?

Heavenly Father, followed by repentance, next is worship and adoration and then your petition or request, in that order.
Repentance because you need first to ask forgiveness before requesting anything we have to make it rigth in the sight of God and men. It says in the Bible before giving our gifts we must go to our brother or if someone has anything against us.
Worship and Adoration because He is Our God and it is our Duty.

You should definitely talk to Him as a Friend, a very generous friend. He does know your every move. I always thank Him for everything He has done for me. That helps me to reflect on my blessings. My grandma talks to Him all of the time. It's pretty cool to see her relationship[p with God.

G-d is the Father. I address Him with respect but also with familiarity, just as I would with my earthly father.

Mat 6:5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
Mat 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
Mat 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
Mat 6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
Mat 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Mat 6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Mat 6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.
Mat 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
Mat 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
