can a fallen arch lead to the knee twisting to the side of your leg?

yes!!you can try those walkfit.com things first...but if they dont help..see an orthotic shoe specialist

Yes any problem with the feet, as in alignment, fallen arches, or rolling inwards, or outwards not only causes problems with the knees, but the ankles, hips and spine. If allowed to go on unnoticed, then later in life you will have problems. See a Podiatrist asap. Good Luck
