Yes they do, they even listened to St Francis of Assisi.
Actually they praise God more than we do, they have no moral evil in them.

Well, I don't know if they praise Him, but I believe in some way they do. Nevertheless, they do GLORIFY Him. All creation was created for that purpose. The heavens, the earth, all creatures, great and small, and man, made in His own image were made to GLORIFY HIM, AND HE ALONE IS WORTHY OF PRAISE AND ALL HONOR AND GLORY. AMEN!!

No. Animals has nothing to do with praise and worship.
Only humans are gifted with understanding and full grown brain.

btw, animals don't have souls..they have spirit though..

no, animals were created to their own kind, whereas humans were created according to the image and likeness of god. Humans have god's spirit breathed into them, allowing them to feel the presence of god and praise him. Animals do not have a spirit like humans, so they can not come into contact with the Lord

to answer to the tree branch pointing up answer - plants point up towards the sun, not god. that's how they grow.
