I don't think so. You're 18 so you're legally an adult. Unless you're doing something illegal, you're fine.

At 18?.....no, she can not. You are in the eyes of the law a legal adult and can not be forced to go or be anywhere by either parent....besides aren't these 'boot camps' designed for minors with serious behavior issues? At 18 you're not a minor......and what's so out of control about an 18 year old having a bf? What is your Dad's take on this?

Well you are 18, so legally you definately have a say in whether you go to boot camp or not. Besides, I don't think there is a boot camp for girls who have bf's without their mothers permission.

So, NO, she can't do that really!

Sounds like you really care what your mother thinks and are hurt over the fact that she has labeled you. You already know that being 18 means making your own decisions... As far as you mother goes give her time to adjust to the fact that you moved in with your dad and out of her home.

she probably cant put you in boot camp since you are 18. however, if you are living with your dad becuase he doenst have as strict rules as your mom that is not fair to her. she doesnt make the rules just for "her house" and so she can have control over you. she makes rules for YOU. to protect you. you should respect her.

Of course not, your 18. Your an adult even if she doesn't think so. And you don't have to follow her rules, if your not living in her home.

boot camp is a threat many parents use as a scare tactic. if she doesn't have custody of you, there's not much she can do.. besides you are an ADULT at 18... she really doesn't have much leverage.

Assuming that you live somewhere where one is legally an adult at age 18, she cannot legally do that.

LOL not if you are 18, but she does make the rules and they can kick you out.

No, if you have not broken any laws she will have a tough time getting the police involved. You are an adult now
