If they are on the same page, minds can meld in a shared view of a certain belief. We are all looking for something of value to hold on to. But alas we blind people all perceive the "elephant" in a different way, and seldom respect one anothers' differences. It has been ever thus.

I "think" (this is my sensing) that minds meld on/in the vibration of Love/Light--that "place" or moment when oneness with another is realized, when the veil of separation is removed. I am Sirius

In Truth they don't need to, they are all one. But you asked where do we BELIEVE that minds meld. Well, most don't believe they do, and they believe their safety lies in this lie of separation.
