Do not be an idiot, wear a hat that is protecting your forehead
from frostdamage within.

So why there is no almost Alzheimer
among religious people who wear a hat properly as part of their custom?

Alsheimer disease is not caused by not wearing a hat. The deterioration of brain cells lead to dementia and possibly Alzheimer's. It is possible to sustain frostbite even when wearing a hat that is not "winterized". If moisture accumulates on your body, it makes you a candidate for frostbite, usually occurring in the extremities and can cover your body when it loses heat.
