Well, it's not clear. Were you coming from two different streets? Was there a stop sign? If it was an uncontrolled intersection, and they were on the street to your right, they have the right of way. If you were on the street to their right, you have the right of way. If you were coming in opposite directions, like you going north, and them going south, and you're going straight, and they turned in front of you, you have the right of way.

As long as you had right of way (no red light that you went through, or stop sign), then if they turned in front of you while you had right of way, it is definitely their fault.
If you hit stationary objects it is usually your fault, but if a moving object turns into your right of way, it is usually their fault.

They are. When you make a left turn in front of oncoming traffic you have to yield. You had the right of way.

any time you hit another automobile with the front of yours it is considered your fault the law would either consider it inattentive or reckless driving sorry to be the bearer of bad news
