When you close your eyes, you still see the little shapes.
No, wait . . . that's Tetris.

I know several adults who play these games. They started as kids and still play. They often include their kids and friends and neighbors. It is a nice change from card, board or video games and it is cheap.
I'm not one of those adults, however. I'm just a game geek groupie, and I am not alone.
My husband still meets with the guys he met in his early teens and they either play a first person shooter, or a role playing/ story telling game. They don't do it often, there just isn't the time. They laugh at people who say they belong in either A. or B. They're all grown men with good jobs and families. They grew up to be wholesome and burst the bubbles of several evangelists by doing so.
..and hubby gets plenty of action, trust me.

B. A's a non-issue in my mind. D&D is a harmless fantasy game with no relation to "Satan" whatsoever. If you lose your soul from playing a pen-and-paper RPG, you probably had some serious issues beforehand anyway.
I'm Christian, by the way, just to clarify

I don't think you'll lose your soul to Satan, but you'll definitely fall under the curse of being a loser.
If you are playing D&D you are already one of the walking dead because you have no life.
As far as getting any dates, you obviously weren't dating anyway, or you wouldn't be playing D&D

I would say "b". I went on one date with a guy who was all into those role playing games and not much else - that was our last date. I prefer to live life. Instead of playing such games, I would rather volunteer my time to a worthy charity.
But everyone needs a little entertainment. There is no harm in playing such games so long as one is able to separate fantasy from reality, and that they do not consume your whole life. Everything in moderation! :)

B -- not getting any dates.....
The idea of those games promoting Satanism has been debunked on several occasions. Here is a link to an essay on the subject. http://www.usask.ca/relst/jrpc/art9-roleplaying.html

Whoa now. My wife is a geek. I snagged me a date with her.
Although since neither souls nor Satan actually exist, b wins by default.

Hard to convince me of either really - there's no relationship to Satan, and, well, I met my wife at a gaming convention, so that tosses B out the window...

Well if one's soul is NOT with Jesus it is by default with Satan already.
But well besides being haunted and seeing scary demons and ghosts (which are demons) and haunting frightening monsters gross vicious beasts in one dreams and possibly being possessed...hmm to say the least.
Going to the Lake of Fire.
Ear tickler..I'm not.

Neither A nor B. Date someone who plays! Just imagine your "fantasy" life!

the biggest danger is having a dm and group so good that you play for 24 hours straight and look like a** when you get to work in the morning. or b.
