Ok. If I understand you correctly you are wanting to send some flowers to a girl. Then the answer would be a flower shop. Or flowers.com. Or did you already send some flowers and you are like not wanting to move the relationship too fast? Proof read and then ask your question again.

It is hard to say without knowing more context. Have you been dating this girl? Have you had a crush on her from afar? Did you just send her the flowers out of the blue as a "I want to get to know you gesture"? Because honestly, if that is what you did, she is right, you shouldn't have, it's weird. Now you should just go ahead and tell her you sent them because you wanted to get to know her better, and ask her out. If she says no, then it wasn't meant to be.

i would keep it as friendly as possible for now . Such as asking her to go to brunch just go out, also converse like every other day or random check ups just to see how her day went some days, and eventually it will go as well as you would want, just start off with small things and take your time and things will work out fine. and when she sent "thanks for the flowers but really you" that means she appreciate you.

What I think is that she is realy cruching on u but she is saying she likes u, but she wants u to make the first move.

I think the you might follow up with a phone call and see where you stand with small talk, like hey whats up, how are you, and let her lead the conversation either in the direction of a date or not, its really her move now.
