where do i go from here?

vocation-wise. I dont want to work in call centers. I have a social service background but don't want to work with people with developmental disabilities. Any ideas?

You can work as staff, possibly management, in a nonproft social services organization - you might want to do a specialized job search to see what is available in organizations in your area.
