Because he doesn't love you, yet. If the relationship is going well, just enjoy it and don't try to rush him! Good Luck!

Some people aren't comfortable saying the "I love you" until they're entirely sure they REALLY do love you. A person can care for somebody a lot and still not "love" them.
Since love is a very serious and powerful thing, he may be afraid to subject himself to such a strong commitment. Give him time, when it's right I'm sure you'll hear him say it.

I don't necessarily think that is a bad thing. You just need to talk to him to see where he is coming from and just know him better. A flirty b/f should be saying something that puts you over the top like "I love you", but if he is a genuine good guy, then he is just saving it up for it to mean that much more. Either way his actions should show whether he means it or not which is most important.

This is like the watched pot that never boils. If you keep waiting for him to say it, you may miss the ways he SHOWS you he loves you. Would you rather a creep that spews ILY all day and treats you poorly? In time you either know or you don't know. If it bothers you and you can talk with him about it, this is something that needs airing out to be understood(personally).

ahh, this is an easy question, alot of us guys do this, this just proves the fact that he really cares for you. when a guy doesnt say i love you, it usually means that he is worried about what ur reaction would be, thus, causing a false sence that he might ruin things between you by saying this. in other words,, he is waiting until the time is right, to say it, you have nothing to worry about.
he is obviously a good guy
Hope this helped,
best regards
Chris

men are simple creatures those are very strong words and obviously he knows the meaning of the words i love you to not be saying them w/o feeling. you need to give him time, its really hard for men to express how they feel even if you already know he cares, maybe he has really been hurt in the past and is taking is time to make sure it's right for him to say it.

Sometimes it just takes awhile to realize you are in love with someone. About six months into my relationship, I told my boyfriend I loved him. I hadn't meant to, because I knew he wasn't ready to say it, but it slipped out during...well you know. I told him after wards that he didn't have to say it if he wasn't ready. He told me about two months later. Just be patient

some guys are afraid of commitment. he could think that saying it might ruin the relationship and you're at a good place right now. if you like where things are then keep it that way. don't push him though.
