very easy bar recipe
melt one stick butter in cake pan while preheating 350 oven
crush one pkg graham crackers into crumbs and press into bottom of pan with melted butter
top with hand fulls of toppings like choc chips, chopped nuts, coconut, raisins, butterscotch chips, whatever you have on hand
then pour one can sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top (make sure you get it all out!)
bake at 350 for 24 minutes till browned on top
wait until completely cooled before cutting into squares
everyone loves these when I bring them into work and for parties! they all want the recipe!

How about a chicken pasta salad with pesto dressing.
Use whatever kind you like. Personally I think corkscrew kind are good.
Anyway, cook 1 package of pasta according to package direction. Drain and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Buy a rotisserie chicken or poach a couple chicken breasts. When the chicken has cooled, dice and reserve.
The in the bowl of a food process put i cup of mayo; a big bunch of fresh basil leaves, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated). I clove garlic, mashed and minced, 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pulse the ingredients until they combine to make a rather creamy dressing.
Mix the chicken, the pasta and the mayonaise dressing together until the pasta and chicken are coated with the dressing.
Chill and serve. Your coworkers will think you are brilliant.
