This is what I've been thinking billy - "The Prodigal Son"
You know whatever you've done God still loves you and longs for you to come back to Him - but the choice is yours - He will never force you.
This is a website you might want to look at:
www.eprodigals.com -- it has a link to you tube - the music is Coldplay "Fix You"
Love billybonzobones xxx
just too add - if you can remember how much you loved Jesus when you were a child - ask Him to come and meet you in that way again - He knows the content of each heart - and when you truly mean it in your heart - He will come and meet with you. In your own words - just tell Him.....

Someone who did the things that you describe was probably never saved to begin with. They didn't have the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit but had an emotional attachment to God as they imagined Him to be. Then when life didn't match up with the God they had created in their mind they rebelled in anger and acted foolishly.
Since you can't sell your soul to the Devil as God owns everythig and He is the one who determines where a soul is going when it leaves this earthly body you don't have to worry about that aspect of the story. It sounds like an evil spirit led an immature believer astray and the Bible says...
2 Timothy 2:13 if we are faithless, he remains faithful-- for he cannot deny himself.
So, if the person was saved to begin with they just have to confess and repent and humble them self before God. If they weren't saved to begin with they need to ask to receive the Holy Spirit.
Luke 11:9 And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. 11 What father among you, if his son asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent; 12 or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"

The only unforgivable is blasphemy of His Holy Spirit. "Feeling loved" has nothing to do with your eternal salvation. It is your relationship with your creator through Jesus Christ. It is a personal thing. (Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord, Jesus, shall be saved). God does give us what we ask for even when He knows it is no good for us. An example of this would be the Israelites when they swore up and down that they wanted a king to rule them, but God told them that they only needed Him for guidance. Did they listen....nope....there have been problems in their country ever since. Why did you become bitter and mock Him? There is nothing wrong with questioning God, but we have a hard time being still enough to hear His answer. Questions and answers help increase our faith in His Almightiness. You knew you shouldn't have asked for what you did, but you were persistent. His spirit within you spoke, too! Sounds like a good testimony to me!

I think the word you are looking for is...repent.
Go talk to a priest or minister if it's really bothering you. They know the rule book better than anybody.
I hope you at least sold your soul to become a great guitar player or something. The movie "Crossroads" is awesome.

I sure hope not, Jesus says that if man curses God, he will not be condemned if he repents. The devil will do whatever is within his power to make you believe you can't be saved! He does not control the souls of men God does! The only advice I can give you- beg God for mercy, fear Him and seek his will.

Firstly, I reckon that your first love for Jesus was an immature and innocent thing. That is not to say that children cannot make a real and valid commitment to Christ, but it is to say that not every child is so able. Even adults do not always 'believe right through' in the first instance, either. However, whatever the depth at this stage, I do believe that God will honour a child's sincerity.
If something happens to a person who is very young in the faith, then he can be easily knocked off course and go back into the world. Maybe someone hurt you or you lost a loved one? To a child, these things can cut very deep and they do not have the understanding to cope. Children are, also, very spiritual, I think, so they can go very deep into themselves and relate to spiritual things very quickly, when adults around them haven't a clue what they're thinking.
Yes, I reckon that you can sell your soul to the devil - you can give your life to Christ, can't you? Even though, in fact, you don't actually own yourself, yet God will honour the choices you make, and it sounds like he has. That 'authoritative voice' sounds like you finally made it - you DID hear the voice of God.
Christians have quite a tussle with this one - hearing God's voice. They crave to hear from him, but on this matter they have a lot to learn. They have, firstly, to learn that it's no use getting 'into a strop' about this, for God is often rather taciturn (as we think) and will only speak to you when HE's ready. That is the lesson you have learned, now, but I rather think it has cost you. If only you had stilled yourself 'like a weaned child' and waited for your heavenly Father's time! You are learning a few more lessons now - like wisdom. All these are the hard lessons of life, which God is being faithful to teach you.
I reckon that your first experience of Jesus as a child WAS genuine, because God actually did respond (for he indeed hears every word and sigh we make), so I believe that was evidence of a relationship. But your action has cut you off from God now and the question is, what to do about it.
I hope you realise that you are in serious danger, for there's nothing the evil one likes better than to get his hands on a nice, juicy Christian. You need to get out of his 'ball park' post-haste! Also, realise that it is only the grace of God that is keeping you from the serious effects of this, for I believe that He will still protect you, but do not try his patience too long.
You need to find a wise and mature Christian friend and get them to support - not judge - you in this. Don't try to do it on your own, because you are trying to disentangle yourself from a spiritual power that is very strong. Pray about it together and discuss it thoroughly, then get ready to do business with God.
You must first thoroughly repent of everything you have done or said that has got you into this mess and estranged you from God. There's no condemnation in this (everyone has to repent - it's good for us), so repent as hard as you can - the better to get yourself clear. Cry out to God, in the name of Jesus, to save you from the clutches of the evil one and to effect a total delivery of yourself. Renounce the devil and all his works in your life and recommit everything that you are back to the Saviour.
You can do it - it is not too late - but don't mess about, for you need to show God that you 'mean business'.
Oh, and you might also repent of trying to coerce God into speaking to you just when YOU wanted (which got you into this mess in the first place). Now you know that God does not respond to our petulance, but will only speak when HE's ready. Oh, and if there's anything else, repent on that, too - any sins that've accrued since - have a good 'spring clean'!
You should emerge a beautiful, clean Christian if you do this thing thoroughly, a great deal humbler, and wiser! And, out of all this, you will have an experience you can share with other Christians and an authority which comes from your own personal, living experience of the wonderful workings of our great God!

They have meds for that. I'm sorry you seem to be wrapped up in spirutal trama, but as neither god nor the devil exist it is pointless to worry about.
By the way "selling your soul to the devil" is a much more recent myth than the bible and is not a biblical concept.

you are NOT condemned. jesus has redeemed you and loves you. god made you and he wants all of his creation to join him in heaven. we know it is POSSIBLE to be damned but as humans we don't actually know OF anyone who has been - only god knows, and he wants to save ALL of us.
you can't sell yourself to the devil. do not take natural events like storms as 'signs'.
i have spoken to catholic theologians who say that to even have a chance at being condemned you wd have to CONTINUALLY, KNOWINGLY, WILLINGLY, FREELY, AND PERSISTANTLY renounce god, and you are a very long way from that! stop worrying.

You can't sell your soul to the devil.
God already bought your soul on the cross. It's just a matter of if you want to love Him as He already loves you.
