I am having surgery on Thursday, and i am having a General Anesthesia, and my doctor gave me a list of medicines that im not allowed to take.
Tylenol was not on there, so after i took some today after a headache, i realized that it said that it had Acetaminophen, and i was wondering if thats a a good thing...?

Acetaminophen is fine. It won't increase your risk of bleeding like aspirin and ibuprofen (and other NSAID drugs) can.

We often switch people on NSAID drugs to Tylenol before surgery.

Yes, acetaminophen is allowed before surgery because it does not interfere with blood clotting, as aspirin does.

depends on what they are giving you in the hospital. you should be ok though,
