Hi JP...cats have the ability to distinguish between blues and greens, but lack the ability to pick out shades of red.

yes cat are color blind for some color like I think for the color red and maybe some othe rcolors

I only think to the color red. Other colors such as blues and greens they can see.

Absolutely not.

They don't see the vivid colors we do because their eyes have more rods in than cones, for seeing in low light, but they do see color.
