He is the Son of God, both God and Man begotten not made. Jesus knew the hearts of men, and only God can know such things.

John 1:1 says that “the Word was God.” John 1:14 says that “the Word became flesh.” This clearly indicates that Jesus is God in the flesh. Acts 20:28 tells us, "...Be shepherds of the church of God, which He bought with His own blood." Who bought the church with His own blood? Jesus Christ. Acts 20:28 declares that God purchased the church with His own blood. Therefore, Jesus is God!

Of course there were many different answers from his followers-that is because he means so much to so many. He is the Son of God. He is a God-man he came to earth in the flesh to endure the temptations and hardships of mankind to show them God's great love they God would give his only begotten Son as an intercessor for between man and God. He is Lord.
