Most of these things are answered directly in the Bible. The Bible is God's word, and is as true today as it was over all of time. It is His revealed will over time, as man fell further astray God revealed more to us. We can't judge whether people will go to hell or not, but we can judge the actions of fellow Christians. The new testament tells us not to judge unbelievers, because doing so would be unfair since we would be holding them to a standard they do not hold on to.

Well, i think we all want to believe that our religion or belief is the "right" one.

I am a Christian and I believe Jesus is the son of God. We as Christians are told not to judge. We don't have that power. None of us do (Christian or not) God is the only one with the authority to judge.

if your asking why we do this than why are you asking the same people to tell you the "truth". No one knows the truth. If you believe in God pray and tell him to reveal to you the truth. That is the only way. Humans have imperfect minds but God's mind is perfect. Id ask God questions not people

Paul says when we are born again we have the mind of Christ by the Holy Spirit. We are to judge "righteous judgments " using scripture.

We don't know and we can't understand God's mind. but there is a "love letter"(the Bible) he wrote to us to explain some his thoughts; what he likes and dislikes. and How to get to heaven. Jesus came to save us and he is the way to heaven.

As it is written, "15The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:
16"For who has known the mind of the Lord
that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ." (1 Cor 2)

because Humans are egotistical and think they know all when in reality the individuals that generally judge know very little. It has to do with the thought of themselves being superior because of their beliefs in their God.
