Ok so I get anxiety attacks almost everyday therefore I feel nausous all the time. I get sick at least once a day usually and I wake up at 6am and I usually don't eat until I get home from school at 2:45-3. I am 15 5'4 and already a little underweight at 95-100 pounds. How unhealthy is this and what can I do to stop this!?

And I'm tired of all my friends being on my case all the time and trying to get me to eat when I'm not hungry

you need to go to the doctor something not right

If you REALLY want "Help", then you're GOING TO have to start eating Breakfast & Lunch- whether you want to- or not. Otherwise, stop wasting people's time by asking... You're old enough to start helping YOURSELF!
