When building a Resume, in regards to work experience, is it acceptable to include self employment, even though legally it would be classified as a hobby. It is work experience and made money from it.

I basically work as a Sole Proprietor, but legally it's not a sole proprietorship, I believe it's a hobby legally.

If you made money from it then yes, include it as work experience.

Well one answer to all that that, its smart time to do because employers going ask what you did in between this such and such time even like what you did after you got out of high school. It would only look suspicious if you left it blank in between gaps
