This is honestly what I wonder. So please, PLEASE don't say anything rude about my question, okay? I am 18 years old and have NEVER had a boyfriend, mainly because I am very shy. I don't feel like I'm interesting enough to have one, either. Anyway, do boyfriends ever get sick of their girlfriends, I mean, do they start to think that they aren't pretty enough, after all, after seeing them every day? Do they start to get sick of their personality? Honestly, I think about this all the time and it keeps me from considering a relationship because I'm always hung up by this thought. What do you have to say to this?

I think this is fear of rejection. And it does happen. You can give your heart to someone and later have that someone decide they don't want it. Which is painful for anyone.
But I think with some people this pain is amplified, especially if they felt rejected by their parents. If a person is still searching for approval and acceptance because they never felt like they got from their parents, the prospect of being rejected or disapproved of by a romantic partner is too much to bear.
I think some times some people really do decide their not right for each other, or that things just aren't working out between them. But other times this "sickness" is really a person's fear of intimacy talking. They can't take it to the next level. Consiously they're unaware of this. But unconsiously they're terrified. And this comes through on a consious level as "well I just got bored".
As far as you being not interesting enough...Well, I doubt it. You may not be interesting to some people but you can always find someone who IS interested in you. And one great quality that I've noticed about you is that you try hard to find answers and work things out. You are a person willing to get help and to help others. What can be bad about that?

Cheers!

Yes we get sick of each other but it is normal--it usually is not enough to break up. Don't pass up on boyfriends, love and living because you are afraid to get hurt. It takes getting hurt to learn life lessons like what you want in a man and what you will and will not put up with. It also takes getting dumped by or breaking up with the wrong one to get to the RIGHT one. get out there and get a boyfriend or two!!!!!

ok well usually when you go out with someone you like them for their personallity and looks Usually!

But when you spend more time with someone you tend to make a bigger bond with the person and you just want to see them every day. Its weird i know and maybe backwards, but thats the way it is if your really into your partner
