The my friend (we have been good friends for 20) booked the wrong dates for our weekend trip and the hotels are all booked, I told him he can have my other bed. Only problem is i normally sleep nude and the only thing i have to sleep in are panties (mine are g-strings and pretty see thru, i dont wear bras) and one short t-shirt that only comes above the navel. The rest of my clothes are formal business attire, nothing i can sleep in or walk around in after our seminars. We have all day seminars and dinners and I have zero time to go find new clothes. Every moment is scheduled out.
I am not a super shy person just unsure what to do. We haveno intrest in eachother sexually strickly friends.
Is walking around in a pretty much see thru thong wrong?
Any suggestion

Borrow a t-shirt from your friend or buy one at the hotel gift shop.

You defiantly should find better sleepwear. It might give the wrong impression to the person if you're wearing a regular shirt and a thong around him.
If there's no time to buy new clothes, ask some of your friends to lend you some. They don't even need to be the same size as you- bigger clothes (over sized t-shirts especially) work very well for bed. A pair of shorts added to your current night-time attire would work well, though.

Maybe you should buy a pair of jammies for the trip. That would save everyone from being uncomfortable. You could wear them around the house as lounge clothes once you get home.
If you truly are strictly friends with this guy, if you sleep in a thong and a shortie t-shirt, you are sending a completely different message.

You would be sending the signal "come and get some" if walking in front of me in a t and thong. So if that's not the flag you want to raise for your friend, pick up some sweat pants or pj's and be modest. You can always slip out of them under the covers and slip them back on when getting out of bed.
You don't have to have a sexual interest to suddenly feel wowed. A see through thong, may as well be nothing on at all.

Yes. It is inappropriate. I have a hard time believing that you can't drop by a store and pick up some suitable attire. You have time to get on here and talk about it. Sharing a room with him in and of itself is no big deal if you trust him and you are not interested in each other. But you will show yourself in a poor light if you do this. And he may feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. It just isn't a ladylike thing to do at all.

First of all, who packs and goes somewhere with nothing but 'formal business attire' and no bras and one short t-shirt that comes above the belly button???
If you can lug around all that 'business attire', get a taxi to take you to Walmart and get some granny pajamas, the ugliest pair they have, that'll set the mood, won't it?

Yeah, and wear a bra. I hate watching people jiggle all the time. I'ts not sexy and it makes women look nasty. You have to have 10 minutes to slip out even to walgreens and buy a t-shirt or some boxer shorts to wear to bed. If you walk around in nothing he will think you want to get it on. Men aren't smart- he will try to bed you if you walk around naked.

Don't you have any tee shirts and shorts to wear? If not it does not take that long to go to Walmart or somewhere and get them. You can even get them on the way. Yes walking around like that is wrong.

Ha, ha, "accidentally" booked the wrong dates my @$$!!!
Wear a towel when walking around the room (you can slip the towel on & off once you are under the covers), or bum a large shirt off your friend like the guy above me said.

Why would you not bring PJ's to a hotel? What if there were a fire or some other emergency? Get a big Tee like that guy above said.
