Today a friend and i were have a discussion and he felt he needed to get something off his chest... he says he thinks he has testicular cancer. He says there is a "something" on the side of his left nut... Not wanting to mis inform him, I come to you. So is it something everyone has? I know i do, but then again, maybe i have cancer too... who knows. If i don't get any answers here i'm off to the doctor's office. Anyway if anyone wants to help me out, with some info about what all is in the sack that would be a great help. Thanks

Can't speak for anyone but me :-)

But when I do my periodic checks, I find one testicle and a few blood vessles and the vas (sperm tube). I've never found anything more than this.

If either you or your friend have any questions or concerns - don't waste another minute: Go get it checked. If it's not cancer - you can rest easy. It may be some benign cyst or other less then normal growth. You can also talk to your doctor to find out what is and is not normal.

If it is cancer, be glad you caught it when you did. You can then start treatment and in another few years be here to tell the next person who asks they should GO GET IT CHECKED.

Best of luck!

Could be a benign growth or a cyst. But if I had boys, I'd go to the doctor and see what is hanging out with them.
