Er...yes...quite frequently. My breasts attract a lot of attention, not always in a good way. But usually I know it's a compliment even if it does get kind of old lol
My best friend (he's gay) refers to them as his breasts and constantly pets them.
But more generally yes I find that quite arousing, in the right situation from the right (straight) guys. Mmmm I can get ver turned on by it actually. All women can, its called erogenous zones. Breasts and more specifically nipples are secondary sexual organs and stimulation can end in quite exciting results...
