Do I have to pay a fee? How much is it, and can they mail it to me?

Depending on what agency made the arrest and reports go to their offices and file and open records request for information. There is usually a fee you have to pay which varies from place to place.

Please be more specific regarding what you want. You CAN'T get a copy, certified or otherwise of ALL arrests OR dispositions. You probably CAN get copies of all arrests and dispositions IN AN SPECIFIC CASE. There will be a fee for certified copies of anything. Only the court involved can tell you if they will send documents by mail and how much they charge.
