the key to a girl's heart is sincerity.
don't follow rules step by step and repeat them when you didn't write them.
no matter how great they sound...you won't mean them.
girls love being liked and cared about sincerely for who they are.
no one wants to be used or played. no one wants to be the one that a guy or a girl "feels sorry for" and takes it upon themself to date them for a few months before telling them they've never liked them.
it sounds simple but it's not because it's not easy to find a girl you can like that way.
girls want to be accepted for who they are.
If you're just asking her out, just say
"This Christmas (or any other movie) looks good. we should go see it some time".
take it from there.
if she says yes, say "when is a good time for you?" then you'll be making arrangements to go on a date.
it's not as complicated or intimidating as it seems. you don't have to stress yourself saying something like "I was just wondering if you want to go out this friday" DO NOT SAY THAT or "what are you doing this friday". suggest something then go into, when's a good time for you.

Simply buy her some stuff or get her flowers...then tell her she is beautiful and you two have an appointment/date on _________. (You fill in here the date)
She won't say no....
